The Wild Woman Within represents a part of a woman's nature and spirit that has been suppressed over time by societal pressures and expectations to conform. Deep within every woman lies her unique essence, talents and gifts.   This inner wildness is her truth - it is who she truly is. But it wrestles within her, longing to be expressed and shared with the world. She came into this world wanting real, authentic connections with others. However, true connection can only happen when one brings their whole, wild and wonderful self.  Connecting fully with one's body through movement, breathwork, yoga and other somatic practices is one way for the wild woman to be set free. By feeling deeply into the body, she is able to reconnect with intuition, creativity, and her innate wild feminine energy. With the body as a guide, she can  listen to what truly energizes her soul.  The wild woman within is a reminder for all women to embrace who they truly are, talents and all, and share that with boldness with the world. For in doing so, we not only empower ourselves, but we empower other women to do the same.

We will meet Monday through Friday at 7:30am, Saturday's and Sunday's at 8:00am

Week 2, we will meet at 11:00am.
